AJ Kitt (USA)
Birthday: Sept. 13, 1968
Home Base: Boulder, CO
Weight: 202
Height: 5'11"
Sponsor: Rolex Watch U.S.A.
Kitt is the first American male alpine racer to compete in four Olympics.
Kitt, one of the premier downhillers through the mid-'90s, tore the ACL
in his left knee at the start of the 1996 season. He rehabilitated himself
through the rest of that season and into last winter. After taking a
two-week break at midseason, Kitt bounced back for his fourth World
Championships and was anxious to show he'd made a full recovery. He
got a start late last season and plans to accomplish that in full this
season.
