After eight continuous days of work, most of the team spent the day recovering, bathing, and organizing personal equipment at the Camel Dump. Several climbers opted to move up to the mid-way point in the afternoon, to occupy the tents that have been moved up and prepare to carry loads to ABC (Advanced Base Camp) tomorrow.

The locations of the team members were as follows:

  • Ginger continued to organize loads at the Camel Dump.

  • Terry and Drew carried a load up to the mid-way point, and then returned to the Camel Dump to sleep.

  • Fred, Mike, Wayne, and Jeff A. moved up to sleep at the mid-way point.

  • Heidi remained at the Camel Dump, organizing and packing the technology to be carried up to the mid-way point tomorrow.

  • John, Greg, Jeff R., Jen, Gill, Paul, Shawn, Ivan, Jay, and Ziggy remained at the Camel Dump.
