Everything is running pretty smoothly, no real problems. The team is starting to twitch a bit because we're realizing we've got a couple more days in Kathmandu. Just trying to stay healthy, everyone's a little paranoid about eating the right food and drinking the right water and not getting hit by one of the crazy Kathmandu motorcycle riders.

I haven't been able to see the mountain yet. The weather's been pretty nice — hasn't been raining, but it's been a little cloudy. We're hoping to go on a run tomorrow morning up the Sacred Hill and hopefully catch a sight of Shishapangma. Other than that, everything is going along pretty well. We'll keep you posted.
