Hi, it's Gordon from Alpine Ascents. We had a wonderful walk today down from Gorak Shep to much lower altitudes in Pheriche, so everybody is feeling really great. The walk was quite nice. A couple of people stayed up at base camp and visited with the other members of the teams. It was actually some of our team members who are physicians, so they got a chance to chat and visit with other physicians from other teams, so that was pretty nice. That's about it.

The walk today actually was pretty smooth. We're still having sunny weather and came down through some wonderful valleys. The mountains are still quite snowcapped, and the valleys that we walked through are actually pretty lush with many stone houses and shepherd houses, and it's really a pretty interesting landscape — looks like an old Irish landscape or something like that.

Everybody is back in Pheriche and enjoying the lower altitude. We'll probably have a couple of Sprites and Cokes and toast a successful journey. We'll let you know what happens tomorrow and hope all you guys are doing well. Bye.
