Other: 1996 climbed Mt. Imja Tse, Nepal(Island Peak), 1995 Queensland Country Sprint Joe has been competing in triathlons since the age of 15 and now competes in Ironman
Competitions. He has represented Northern Ireland in Mountain Running Competitions such as the
Matterhorn Race and the World Cup Open in Austria. He also competes in marathons, biathlons, two-day
mountain marathons and the two-day International Polaris Mountain Bike Navigation Race. Joe is an
avid cyclist and was part of the 10 man team to hold the 24 hour ladder climbing world record.
