He also raced in the International Regatta in Luzern and placed fourth. He is a member of the Wittener Triathlon Team and has raced in several triathlons including: Ultra Triathlon Nizza, West German Master, Elmsland Master. Twice Ralf has earned the title of fieldshooting champion of northern Germany. | ||

He is also a member of the Norwegian team competing in the 1998 Camel Trophy in Tierra del Fuego. | ||
