boardXcess Galtür 24-hour Snowboard Marathon January 28, 2000
Check out how much fun 23 teams from six nations managed to have during this boarding marathon in Galtür, Austria. Racers cycled a 1.5-mile course with 1,300 feet of vertical drop, two jumps and a steep run-out. Winners Siegfried Stark and Thomas Zangerle survived 240 rounds and crawled away with a bundle of cash. This race is for people who really love to ride.
