Warren Miller Films is best known for producing some of the most memorable and spectacular outdoor adventure sports films in the world. Our cinematographers have literally circumnavigated the globe filming in places like Antarctica, Equador, Bolivia, Morocco, China, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Japan, Russia, Alaska, Chile , the Artic Circle, Australia, New Zealand, North America and Europe. No other production company has more experience filming in extreme outdoor environments than Warren Miller Films.

On an annual basis, we produce one feature film and 20 - 30 documentary films. During its annual fall release, our feature film goes head-to-head against all other Hollywood feature films and, according to Variety and the Hollywood Reporter, consistently ranks #1 on a per-screen basis.

The company is ranked as the 19th largest independent distributor in the world. Although Warren Miller Films will always be closely associated with outdoor adventure subject matter, we also produce non-sports documentaries that concentrate on social commentary, historical studies and investigative journalism.
